General Conditions
The reservation is confirmed only after giving credit card details as a guarantee and a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
- In the event of cancellation, partial or total, received by the hotel after confirmation and no later than 60 calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival, the customer will be required to pay the hotel a penalty equal to 30% of the total reservation.
- In the event of partial or total cancellation received by the hotel between 60 and 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival, the customer will be required to pay the hotel a penalty of 50% of the total reservation.
- In the event of partial or total cancellation received by the hotel between 29 and 15 calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the customer will be required to pay the hotel a cancellation fee of 70% of the total reservation amount.
- From the 14th day prior to arrival, in the event of partial or total cancellation received by the hotel, the customer shall pay the hotel a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation.
Payment and billing
- Deposit of 30% upon confirmation. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the date of the event, otherwise all services requested will be void, unless previously agreed.
- Payment by bank transfer or a company credit card.
- Any invoices with a different company name from the booking must be requested before check-in.
